SEO for locksmiths and physical security companies.
Seventeen years of search work, applied to a trade where the ranking is only half the problem. Counterfeit listings take real calls every week. We build the visibility, verify the business behind it, and target the commercial and automotive work most locksmith marketing ignores. Month to month. Every link delivered with a live URL.

What is better visibility actually worth?
Pick the work you want more of, set your own numbers, and see what a realistic lift is worth against what a program costs. Nothing is sent anywhere. Every default is editable because your prices are not our prices.

One commercial door hardware job is worth about 27 lockouts.
If your marketing only targets emergency searches, that is the work you will get.
The Platinum program is $325 a month, or $3,900 a year.
$33 per additional job.
This category is policed harder than most.
Search engines have run repeated enforcement against listings in this trade, and the pattern is publicly documented. Addresses where no business operates. National call centers presenting as local shops. Advertised prices far below what any real job costs, with the actual number set at the door.
Legitimate locksmiths lose calls to those operations every week, and most of them already know it. That changes what the work is. Ranking higher is half of it. The other half is establishing that the business is real, at a verifiable location, with consistent information across every surface a search engine checks.
Verification, consistency and legitimacy are the work. An agency that treats this trade like any other local business category will miss the part that decides the outcome.
None of that is a promise to remove anybody. It is a description of where the effort goes. A shop with a clean, consistent, verifiable record is the shop that survives an enforcement sweep, and it is also the shop that ranks when the sweep is over.
Additional verification
This category currently carries extra verification steps on business profiles. Requirements change, so check the current process before planning around it.
Service area configuration
Mobile operators get this wrong constantly. Publishing a street address you do not staff is one problem. Hiding a real address you do staff is a different one.
Name, address and phone consistency
Every directory, every citation, every profile. In a policed category, inconsistency is itself a signal.
The reporting process
Search engines provide a process for reporting listings that appear not to represent a real business at a real location. We help clients use it. We do not promise what comes of it.

Identical on all four, or the record is inconsistent
One access control job is worth a hundred lockouts.
An emergency lockout is $85 to $150. It is the lowest margin work in the trade, the most price shopped, and the segment counterfeit operators concentrate on hardest.
A master key system runs $2,000 to $15,000. An access control installation runs $3,000 to $25,000. Commercial door hardware runs $1,500 to $8,000. Almost nobody markets for that second group, because it is harder to write about than a lockout ad.
Automotive is the third opening and the fastest growing. Transponder and smart key work runs $150 to $600 a job, and dealerships routinely charge two to three times what a mobile locksmith charges for the same key. Customers who know the alternative exists search for it directly. Most do not know yet.
None of this means abandoning emergency work. It pays for the van and it fills the day. It means that if emergency is the only thing you market for, it is the only thing you will be asked to quote.
| INTENT | DECIDES IN | WON BY |
|---|---|---|
| Emergency | UNDER 60 SEC | Map position and a phone number that cannot be missed |
| Planned residential | 2 TO 5 DAYS | Service pages, real photos, published price ranges |
| Automotive | SAME DAY | Make and model coverage against the dealer quote |
| Commercial | 2 TO 8 WEEKS | Capability evidence before the bid goes out |
Optimizing all four the same way is the most common mistake a generalist agency makes here. They are four different buyers on four different clocks, and the page that wins one of them is usually the wrong page for the other three.

QUOTED
Seven businesses, not one.
A safe technician gets most work by referral from a narrow professional network. An emergency mobile operator lives on dispatch speed and map position. Same trade on paper. Different economics, different searchers, different pages.
Every link arrives as a live URL.
You get the address, you click it, the placement is there. No screenshots, no summaries, no anonymous reporting of work you cannot inspect. If a link goes down, it is visible in the next report.
The assets stay yours permanently, including after you stop paying us. That is the whole policy, and it is the reason we can be month to month without a contract holding anyone in place.

The ones we get asked.
How is this different from SEO for any other trade?01
This category is policed harder than most. Business profiles carry additional verification requirements, service area configuration is checked, and information consistency across directories matters more than it does in trades where nobody is auditing the listings. A generalist agency will do the ranking work and skip the verification work, and in this trade the verification work is what decides the outcome.
Can you get a fake listing removed?02
No, and nobody honest will tell you otherwise. Search engines provide a process for reporting listings that appear not to represent a real business at a real location. We help clients gather what the process asks for and submit it. What happens next is decided by the platform, not by us, and we do not promise a result.
How long before we see results?03
Local map visibility usually moves first, often inside eight to twelve weeks. Organic rankings on competitive commercial terms take longer, commonly four to six months, and access control terms can take longer still because the pages have to earn authority. We do not guarantee rankings, and we will not quote a timeline we cannot support.
Do you guarantee rankings?04
No. No agency can, and any agency that does is either misunderstanding how ranking works or counting on you not to check. What we do commit to is the deliverable. Every link is delivered with a live, clickable URL, you can inspect all of it, and you own the assets permanently.
We are mobile with no storefront. Does that hurt us?05
Not if the profile is configured correctly. A service area business can rank well, but the setup has to be right, the service area has to be honest, and the details have to match everywhere else. The shops that get penalized are usually the ones that published an address they do not staff.
What does it cost and is there a contract?06
Plans run from $65 a month to $575 a month, month to month, cancel any month, no contract, and the setup fee is waived. Golden at $235 or Platinum at $325 suits most shops. A one to three van operator covering one metro does not need a hundred keywords, and we will say so rather than sell you the larger plan.
Find out where you actually stand.
Five questions about the work you do and the calls you are missing. We come back with what we would change, in what order, and what it costs. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, that is what we will tell you.
